Anne Mavis has been meditating for 15  years and teaching for 8 years. Mindfulness has been a journey for her which she is still on. Anne has taken many workshops around meditating, mindfulness and bringing in the light. She is a Virpassana student  and has her 200-hour yoga certification under Denise Bonnaig of Princeton Power Yoga. 

Anne is an advocate for WOMANSPACE. She is committed to supporting beings coming out of crises with domestic violence and sexual assault.
